NYRB to host FC Dallas in '07 home opener
Hoops to visit Giants Stadium to take on Red Bulls on April 15
Led by new head coach Steve Morrow, FC Dallas ended their 2006 campaign at the top of the Western Conference standings with a six-point lead over their nearest rival, the Houston Dynamo. The Hoops are paced by Guatemalan standout Carlos Ruiz, who scored 13 goals and recorded five assists last season and strike partner Kenny Cooper, who tallied 11 goals and four assists.
This will be the first time in the team's history that it will face FC Dallas in its home opener.
The Red Bulls' full 2007 season schedule will be announced at a later date.
